Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. In the event you are not happy with your purchase we offer the following full refund and exchange policy:
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date shipped for a full refund or exchange for equal credit merchandise. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by certificate cards.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs, shipping fees are not refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange please email [email protected] and you will get a return authorization code in the email, please write the RA number on top of the return shipment box and ship it to:

Upon receipt, merchandise will be sent to our quality control department. Any items that show signs of wear, or have been engraved, sized, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted. Returns that do not contain their receipt or are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.
Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing a return.
